Liffeybank Girls Under 10 side finished off their MGL League campaign with an 11 goal thriller against Raheny United in St.Catherine's Park on Sunday morning. Two goal each from Bianca and Tessa, another by Lucia and one from Freya who scored her first goal for the club were enough to see the home side shade the result. It was end to end action as both teams went forward at every opportunity and Raheny can count themselves very unluck not to claim a share of the spoils after they hit the post in the last minute.

Highlight of the day was a visit to the Waffle Van in the Urban Market and a picnic in the middle of the Park. Next up for the girls is a Torro United Blitz on Bank Holiday Monday.
